Anthony started Taekwondo at a young age of 10. To complement the skills and experience that he has gained in Taekwondo, Anthony decided to take a course in massage. During his time in massage he found his talent for this therapy, was beyond what he expected.
He grew very fond of massage, learning how every individual body was different and how they required different treatments. He then decided to offer massage to other allied health professionals, working in conjunction with personal trainers, physiotherapist, osteopaths and rehabilitation clinics.
Anthony is a professional qualified massage therapist/personal trainer who studied Swedish massage, remedial massage, sports massage, myofascial release and uses his skills to help clients feel the joy of having a sense of relaxation and improvement in their quality of life.
